Carl Heinrich Bruhn
Co-Founder & Managing Director
In addition to his work at CHB Investment Holding, he was the Founder and former CEO of Amatheon Agri Holdings, a vertically integrated agribusiness and food company that he led from 2011 to 2023. Through Amatheon Agri, he advanced large-scale agricultural production and value-chain development across Sub-Saharan Africa, fostering responsible investment and sustainable practices within the agricultural sector.
Before founding his own company, Bruhn held several senior management positions in the dairy and food industries. From 2002 to 2004, he served as CEO of the Sachsen Milch Group, where he oversaw significant growth and operational transformation. Earlier in his career, between 1993 and 2002, he spent nearly a decade with Nordmilch, one of Germany's largest dairy cooperatives, where he held multiple leadership roles and gained extensive experience in industrial operations, supply chain management, and international business strategy.

Prof. Dr. med. Christian Kühn
Co-Founder & Medical Lead
In addition to his role as Director, Prof. Dr. Kühn serves as Senior Consultant (Erster Oberarzt) at the Department of Cardiac, Thoracic, Transplantation, and Vascular Surgery at Hannover Medical School. In this position, he plays a key role in advancing surgical practices and mentoring the next generation of physicians. His clinical expertise spans complex surgical procedures and interdisciplinary collaboration in transplantation and vascular medicine.
A testament to his dedication to academic leadership and institutional governance, Prof. Dr. Kühn also serves as Deputy Senator of Hannover Medical School, representing the university's professors. In this capacity, he contributes to shaping the institution's research policy, promoting excellence in science, and strengthening the integration of innovation and clinical care.

Sven Suhr
Managing Director
In addition to his executive roles at GETEC, Suhr serves as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at GETEC Energie Holding GmbH, where he is responsible for strategic investments, corporate partnerships, and portfolio expansion. His expertise in structuring complex transactions and identifying growth opportunities has been instrumental in the group's ongoing expansion across the energy and technology sectors.
Beyond his work with GETEC, Suhr also holds managing director positions at Neoscan Solutions GmbH and Elfolion GmbH, contributing to the development and commercialization of advanced technologies. Earlier in his career, from 2014 to 2016, he worked as Manager of Business Development at Delta Organic Corps, where he gained valuable experience in sustainability-oriented business models and market development.
Throughout his career, Sven Suhr has demonstrated a strong commitment to innovation, strategic growth, and environmental responsibility, consistently bridging corporate leadership with a forward-looking vision for the global energy transition.

Dr. Detlev Haack
Lead Operations
Since 2022, he has been supporting mid-sized companies in the field of drug development as an Advisor R&D, and he also serves as a Business Development Advisor to a well-known manufacturer of pharmaceutical raw materials. In addition, he advises several organizations on R&D Quality Assurance for dietary supplements and regulated products. In doing so, he combines scientific depth with regulatory certainty and a strong eye for market-ready product strategies.
His expertise includes in particular strategy and project planning, cross-disciplinary team coordination, production troubleshooting, IP management, and collaboration with start-ups and multinational companies. In addition, he has been involved as a member of the Board of the Hermes Johannes Burges Foundation, which promotes preventive medicine and healthcare, and in that role is responsible, among other things, for the acquisition, support, and budget control of projects ranging from digital health applications to basic research.

Rainer Seiler
Lead Market Access
He is the owner of solutions Beratung GmbH in Ulm and a (co-)founder of several companies in the healthcare market. In addition, he serves as a supervisory board and advisory board member and supports companies through strategic growth and transformation processes.
Rainer Seiler has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, the pharmacy market, eCommerce, and pharmaceutical wholesaling, including as Managing Director at the Zur Rose Group (including DocMorris) and as Head of Sales at ratiopharm GmbH.
As an expert in market access, sales strategies, and innovative care models, he is also the author of several specialist books on pharmaceutical key account management, patient centricity, healthcare innovation, and managed care.

Prof. Dr. Heinz-Walter Große

From 2011 to 2019, he was Chief Executive Officer of B. Braun Melsungen AG, one of the world's leading manufacturers of medical and pharmaceutical products. During his long tenure at B. Braun, which began in 2005 when he joined the company's Executive Board, Prof. Dr. Große held numerous senior positions including CEO of B. Braun Austria and Director of B. Braun of America Inc., and made significant contributions to the company's global growth and innovation.
In addition to his work at B. Braun, he has held influential roles in other organizations. From 2018 to 2023, he served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Aesculap AG, a B. Braun subsidiary specializing in surgical technologies. From 2015 to 2023, he was President of SAFRI, the Sub-Saharan Africa Initiative of German Business, where he actively promoted economic cooperation and sustainable development between Germany and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Prof. Dr. med. Axel Haverich
Co-Founder
In addition to his tenure at Hannover Medical School, Prof. Dr. Haverich has held several prominent positions in Germany's academic and scientific community. From 2010 to 2011, he served as President of the German Society for Surgery, demonstrating his commitment to advancing surgical science and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration. From 2012 to 2018, he was a member of the University Council of Leibniz University Hannover, contributing his expertise to university governance and research development.
As a pioneer of biomedical innovation, Prof. Dr. Haverich has co-founded several institutions and companies dedicated to advancing implant technology and regenerative medicine. He is a co-founder of NIFE Hannover, the Lower Saxony Centre for Implant Research, which bridges medical research with engineering and material sciences. In 2008, he co-founded Corlife Inc., a biotechnology company specializing in tissue-engineered heart valves. Continuing his entrepreneurial vision, he co-founded REBIRTH active Inc. in 2021, driving the translation of regenerative therapies from research into clinical practice.
