    Your Mission

    In this sales-focused key role, you will be responsible for the strategic development and expansion of strong customer relationships in NRW and Western Germany. Your focus will be on identifying, acquiring, and developing hospitals, particularly tertiary care institutions, as well as engaging key decision-makers in medicine, hospital pharmacy, and administration/procurement. You will act as a central interface between the market, medical stakeholders, and internal functions, especially in Medical Affairs, MSLM, and Market Access.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Strategic development and expansion of key accounts in the NRW / Western Germany region with a clear sales focus
    • Identification, outreach, and acquisition of tertiary care hospitals and other relevant healthcare partners
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with medical decision-makers, heads of hospital pharmacies, and stakeholders in administration and procurement
    • Managing complex account processes across medical, pharmaceutical, and commercial stakeholders
    • Developing regional market strategies to position Delta G Avaris solutions within relevant healthcare structures
    • Initiating and supporting collaboration projects with hospitals and partner centers
    • Conducting professional discussions, networking activities, workshops, and training events with decision-makers
    • Close collaboration with internal teams such as Medical Affairs, MSLM, Market Access, and executive management to successfully bring care concepts to market
    • Supporting the implementation of reimbursement and care models and providing market and customer insights to further develop the go-to-market strategy

    Your Profile

    • Successfully completed degree, ideally in medicine, pharmacy, natural sciences, health economics, or a comparable qualification
    • Several years of experience in hospital sales, key account management, or a comparable role in the pharma, biotech, or medtech environment
    • Strong sales-oriented mindset with proven experience in building and developing strategic customer relationships
    • Existing network with relevant decision-makers in tertiary care hospitals, particularly physicians, hospital pharmacy contacts, and stakeholders in administration and procurement
    • Very good understanding of clinical decision-making processes, procurement pathways, and cross-organizational stakeholder structures in hospitals
    • Experience with complex care models, reimbursement frameworks, or hospital-related implementation processes is an advantage
    • Strong communication skills, confident presence at decision-maker level, and excellent networking abilities
    • Structured, self-driven, and entrepreneurial way of working
    • Very good German (preferably C1 Level and above) and good English language skills
    • Willingness to travel (approx. 70%)

    To support our continued growth, we are looking for a structured, service-oriented, and responsible individual for our Commercial Operations / Inside Sales department.

    Your Responsibilities

    • B2B Customer Service: Central operational point of contact for hospitals, outpatient centers, physicians, hospital pharmacies, laboratories, health insurers, and external service providers
    • Order-to-Cash Process: Preparation, coordination, and follow-up of quotes, orders, reimbursement processes, and purchase orders
    • Coordination of order intake, manufacturing, release, delivery, invoicing, and payment receipt in collaboration with relevant departments
    • Reporting & KPI Tracking: Creation of regular reports on case status, open inquiries, quotes, orders, deliveries, invoices, and payment receipts
    • Maintenance of KPI dashboards
    • Inside Sales & Administration: Supporting the Sales, Market Access, and Medical Science Liaison teams
    • Ensuring complete, traceable, and audit-ready documentation

    Your Profile

    • Completed commercial, pharmaceutical, medical, scientific, or comparable training; alternatively a relevant degree
    • Experience in inside sales, customer service, sales operations, commercial operations, order management, case management, or pharmaceutical back office
    • Ideally experience in the pharma, biotech, medtech, hospital, pharmacy, or life science environment
    • Understanding of complex B2B processes in healthcare
    • Experience with CRM, ERP, or case management systems
    • Proficiency in managing quotes, orders, document, and invoicing processes
    • Very good German language skills and good English language skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

    Technical Assistant (BTA/CTA/MTA) Quality Control Microbiology/GMP (f/m/d)

    Your Tasks

    • GMP-compliant execution and documentation of analytical testing of in-process control samples as well as intermediate and finished products
    • Independent work with bacterial and phage cultures including sterile techniques
    • Identification/characterization tasks (e.g. API test; PCR/electrophoresis as needed)
    • Participation in establishing and validating analytical methods including evaluation/reporting
    • Data management and sample management with LIMS and electronic sample management systems
    • Operation of analytical instruments
    • Creation/review of work instructions, test documents, protocols
    • Material management in the laboratory (e.g. ordering reagents/consumables)

    Your Profile

    • Completed training as BTA/CTA/MTA/PTA or comparable qualification
    • Several years of laboratory experience in quality control in the pharmaceutical/biotechnological industry, ideally in a GMP or GLP environment
    • Proficient in microbiological standard methods (e.g. cultivation of bacteria, DNA isolation, microscopy) and sterile techniques
    • Open to digital laboratory processes (electronic sample management systems and LIMS/laboratory software) and their administration
    • Ability to coordinate workflows and consider cross-functional dependencies
    • Strong documentation skills, structured, careful and precise working style
