We collaborate closely with hospitals, outpatient centers, payers, and other healthcare partners to bring innovative care solutions into clinical practice.

    Your Mission

    You will take conceptual and operational ownership of our data and digital setup: building a central, future-ready data and process system including a data registry and the definition of datasets and standards, developing and managing process tracking, and ensuring data quality, data protection, and reporting.

    Your Responsibilities

    1) Clinical Registry & Data Management
    • Design and build a clinical data registry (anonymized/pseudonymized patient data, treatment and outcome data, safety data, process times)
    • Define a data catalog and variable standards
    • Establish data quality processes
    • Create dashboards and regular reports
    2) Digital Process Platform / Tracking (Web App)
    • Capture and translate requirements from clinics and diagnostics into user stories and processes
    • Design a tool for end-to-end tracking of the therapy journey
    • Define role and access management and status logic (e.g. ticketing system)
    • Build interfaces and an integration concept (e.g. to lab/document systems, file upload for findings)
    3) Data Protection, Compliance & Governance
    • Implement GDPR-compliant data flows including pseudonymization/anonymization, deletion concepts, and access logging
    • Support contracts and governance (data processing agreements, role definitions, processes with partner clinics)
    • Create SOPs/work instructions for data collection and tool usage in collaboration with our medical team and quality assurance
    • Manage external service providers (e.g. app development, hosting, security audits) or independently implement solutions in compliance with data protection requirements

    Your Profile

    • Degree or training in computer science, data science, health informatics, biostatistics, or a comparable field
    • Several years of experience in data management in the healthcare/life-science sector (registries, real-world data, clinical data, lab/process data)
    • Strong understanding of data models, databases (SQL), ETL/ELT, and data quality
    • Experience designing or implementing web applications/workflow systems (e.g. REST APIs, basic frontend/backend understanding, ticket/tracking logic)
    • Knowledge of GDPR, role/access management, audit trails
    • Experience in GxP-adjacent environments (GMP/GLP/GCP) or MedTech/IVD
    • Structured, self-driven work style with the ability to translate complex processes into clear systems
    • Very good German and good English language skills

    Nice to have

    • Experience with EHR/lab interfaces (HL7/FHIR), eCRF systems, or registry software
    • Knowledge of information security, hosting/cloud (Azure/AWS)
    • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Metabase, Tableau) and/or Python/R for analysis

    Your Mission

    In this sales-focused key role, you will be responsible for the strategic development and expansion of strong customer relationships in NRW and Western Germany. Your focus will be on identifying, acquiring, and developing hospitals, particularly tertiary care institutions, as well as engaging key decision-makers in medicine, hospital pharmacy, and administration/procurement. You will act as a central interface between the market, medical stakeholders, and internal functions, especially in Medical Affairs, MSLM, and Market Access.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Strategic development and expansion of key accounts in the NRW / Western Germany region with a clear sales focus
    • Identification, outreach, and acquisition of tertiary care hospitals and other relevant healthcare partners
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with medical decision-makers, heads of hospital pharmacies, and stakeholders in administration and procurement
    • Managing complex account processes across medical, pharmaceutical, and commercial stakeholders
    • Developing regional market strategies to position Delta G Avaris solutions within relevant healthcare structures
    • Initiating and supporting collaboration projects with hospitals and partner centers
    • Conducting professional discussions, networking activities, workshops, and training events with decision-makers
    • Close collaboration with internal teams such as Medical Affairs, MSLM, Market Access, and executive management to successfully bring care concepts to market
    • Supporting the implementation of reimbursement and care models and providing market and customer insights to further develop the go-to-market strategy

    Your Profile

    • Successfully completed degree, ideally in medicine, pharmacy, natural sciences, health economics, or a comparable qualification
    • Several years of experience in hospital sales, key account management, or a comparable role in the pharma, biotech, or medtech environment
    • Strong sales-oriented mindset with proven experience in building and developing strategic customer relationships
    • Existing network with relevant decision-makers in tertiary care hospitals, particularly physicians, hospital pharmacy contacts, and stakeholders in administration and procurement
    • Very good understanding of clinical decision-making processes, procurement pathways, and cross-organizational stakeholder structures in hospitals
    • Experience with complex care models, reimbursement frameworks, or hospital-related implementation processes is an advantage
    • Strong communication skills, confident presence at decision-maker level, and excellent networking abilities
    • Structured, self-driven, and entrepreneurial way of working
    • Very good German (preferably C1 Level and above) and good English language skills
    • Willingness to travel (approx. 70%)

    Your Responsibilities

    • B2B Customer Service: Central operational point of contact for hospitals, outpatient centers, physicians, hospital pharmacies, laboratories, health insurers, and external service providers
    • Order-to-Cash Process: Preparation, coordination, and follow-up of quotes, orders, reimbursement processes, and purchase orders
    • Coordination of order intake, manufacturing, release, delivery, invoicing, and payment receipt in collaboration with relevant departments
    • Reporting & KPI Tracking: Creation of regular reports on case status, open inquiries, quotes, orders, deliveries, invoices, and payment receipts
